What has recently happened is weird and I am really hoping its not just me.

I am occasionally hearing a hissing noise.

It is usally at a low volume however, ocasionally it rapidly increases in volume to where I start to wonder what the heck.

One night recently as I was attempting to get to sleep the noise started and then several minutes later quickly increased in volume to where it sounded like a trumpet blast in my ear.

I jumped out of bed and thankfully it stopped.

There was a person in Florida who told me that many people started to complain about hearing a noise in their ears around the time of that bird kill in Arkansas in early January.

It at least gave me some comfort that perhaps I'm not going crazy.

Another person just gave me a bible scripture:

2 Peter 3:10
But the day of [the] Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and [the] elements, burning with heat, shall be dissolved, and [the] earth and the works in it shall be burnt up.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I had a dream/nightmare that a vampire had locked me in a room. She was beautiful but then her teeth got really long and sharp edged. Then she was going to suck my blood but I was trying to run away. Her head tilted back like a pezz but stayed connected and then even though it was horrific I told her that she could suck my blood but dont suck all of it or she would kill me. She didn't hesitate and then she sucked my blood and I could tell she stopped as I went to sleep from being so tired. Sorry dont know if any of this is relevant. But if our souls are being judged by our own nature and by the decisions that we make sometimes our dreams are not only a foresight for whats coming but also a path or a reason which leads to that foresight.
I've had a recurring dream that comes every so often and it involves myself in some sort of Terminator Salvation, dystopic world, in which I'm being tortured by alien greys!! Very weird as I'm not really sure why Im being tortured only that I'm resisting them and happy to die laughing at them!! Now that I've shared this, I'll probably have another one tonight!! Here's hoping...haha
No joke I had a dream 2 nights ago and the apocolypse was happening and a devil midget with sharp frickin teeth was biting my hand and dragging me down a hill. Yep.... a devil midget you can't make that stuff up except for in my warped dream states.

The strangest dream that I have ever had I believe is that I dreamed that people were not using cars instead they were all riding bikes or walking. It makes me wonder if maybe some day there will be no cars around.

weird. i was walking to work, and i walk down a busy road, but its beein cut off from traffic cause of road works. i just thought to myself, wow, this is so peaceful, one day i hope the are no cars..no concrete roads, jus beauty and peace.
There are days when I wish for just that. I believe the world would be a better place if all the cars, trucks, planes, ect were gone. We would all be much healthier that much I am sure of.

I used to never dream or at least I didn't remember them. Now I dream and wish I didn't remember them most of the time. I hear hissing sounds all the time, that's for real. Sometimes it's so bad, I get so upset and it really gets on my nerves. It's a medical problem and if you have never experienced it then you have no idea. Noise about drives me nuts at times and all I want to do is bury my head with the lights off. My friends and family do not understand my desires to just hear nothing at times. It's very relaxing at times to just listen to the wind or a radio off station. Even a lawn mower motor running at times can be so relaxing. Just because it blocks the hissing and ringing sounds.

Most of the dreams I have are so bad I wake up and then can't sleep at all. Lots of times, I get really ill because I can't sleep but a couple of hours. Everyone is always telling me I'm cranky or hateful. Let them see the crap I see and go without sleep for a couple of weeks and see how filled with smiles and happy thoughts they are is what I say!

It's very hard to explain to someone who doesn't understand or really get how it feels to go without sleep. When I do sleep, It's like naps. I've found sleeping outside sometimes really helps me. The only thing about that is waking up in the dark having no idea where you are is sort of a shock to the system! LOL!

Dreams are whatever people make of them. Foods and certain things can make people dream. I wouldn't worry to much about them because after all they're just dreams. Unless of course you have the dreams I do then you might worry.

That sounds like a wild dream.
I have recurring dreams where I can fly...
I used to have recurring dreams as a child. About all the people I know being dead and the world a wasteland.
That has been over 30yrs ago and when I just think about them it triggers a feeling of dread an fear.
I use to have dreams about all of my family being dead and me being the only person left. I kept crying and crying and calling for my mom when I was little I would have that dream over and over again. People said I was just afraid to be left alone. But I don't know it just seemed weird then and still does now.
I have throughout my life rarely had prophetic dreams; things like car accidents 6 mos prior, etc. However, last jan/feb I had 2 or 3 dreams about finding my boyfriend dead on our bedroom floor. Unfortunately, he did pass away in may and I was present, but not like I had dreamt.

I'd say 2 months following his death I started having really vivid dreams, many of them with him in them. What makes the dreams even stranger than the surrealism is they are accompanied by this vibration. I actually hear this vibrating and feel it enough to wake me up. One dream in particular not only did I awake to the buzzing and vibrating, but also saw this really strange pink/purple mosaic curtain that I passed backwards through.

Most of the dreams are catastrophic in nature (i.e., tidal waves, massive sink holes, sky doom, cme's, earthquakes, etc). Some are just funny, like playing dress-up for parties or both being stuck between something like furniture and hugging/giggling. I have no idea what any of it means.
Throughout last year I had lots of weird dreams that i later learnt were lucid, it started with me floating up and looking at the ceiling then realising i was dreaming, then in another floating over to a mirror in my bedroom looking at myself while being able to see myself in bed at the same time, in others i`d be flying around the room and through walls all the time knowing i was dreaming while i tried more and more to control what was happening in the dream, in one i was sitting on a chair at work floating above my colleages telling them they could do it too, sleeping bacame a great adventure then i dont know why but it just stopped and now i have a really hard time just getting a few hours sleep which eventually catches up with me and then i will conk out for a whole day which messes wiith my body clock even more. Those wierd dreams totally freaked me out at first but then they became so much fun wish i could get them back :(

sounds like astral projection
I have recurring dreams where I go back in time and see family members, some who have since died, and I tell them that I came from the future and tell them what will happen in their lives. I never tell anything negative, I don't tell the ones who have died that they die. It's usually a fun time because I see a time when loved ones were still alive and we were having fun, etc. I also dream about natural disasters, like climbing furiously up a mountain side to escape a tidal wave. I always survive the disasters because I develop a superpower, like I can fly, or jump chasms, etc. But, I should really investigate why my mother is always giving me a hard time when I attempt to drag her to safety with me! I dream every night and usually remember them long into the next day. I've heard that that is unusual. Oh well, my active crazy imagination.
Had an extraordinarily intense lucid dream last night, the first one like that ive had in years, i don't know what triggered it at all.
