2009 Army Core Of Engineers For Reservoir North Of Ft Collins In Flood Zone That Didn't Happen.

A decision on whether to build Glade Reservoir north of Fort Collins has been delayed at least a year for further environmental study.

After receiving volumes of public comment, including concerns from the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers decided this week to prepare a supplemental draft environmental impact study.

That document, which will take a closer look at concerns about wildlife, habitat and water quality, is expected to be completed in June 2010.

To much time talking about a critical subject now ends with death and destruction.

Were the Colorado floods a planned weather warfare event as many seem to believe?

Technology has been around to manipulate the weather and the U.S. military studied Tesla inventions that were proven to be able to do just what was seen in Colorado.

Is there a coup on the people of the world by those who control the weather?

Events in the resent weeks seems to suggest Tesla technology is part of the answer.
