If you noticed he mentioned Burma, posted a thread of Hillary's visit some time ago. Why is Burma important? It is a strategic point for entrance into China, India, or Thailand. Amazing how there is money for infrastructure in other countries but not its own.

Wonder what will happen if Burma says no?
