Clif High's "legendary winter" doesn't seem to have happened in most of the U.S., but it has definitely hit much of Europe, especially eastern Europe

There are still many weeks left. Since the winter weather in the US has been mild thus far, I would not be surprised to see heavy snow/ice storms in late Feb, early March.
Didn't the East coast have alot of snow earlier this winter, around late Nov, early Dec?

Last winter, not this winter. The years seem to meld together don't they.
The weather is strange, snowy owls rare migration south, dead fish in Norway, and now dolphins. Is this from the pole shift, or from radiation pollution to the sea, and land?

Everything seems to be happening all over again.
