I can see benefits to keep tabs on heavy industry, mining and heavy polluters. But this opens the door to monitor everything. No doubt the government will abuse this "data collection" and small family farms will be the first causality imo. (what small farms remain) Very creepy to say the least, having government "law enforcement" counting livestock, chickens, goats, crops, people...................... Microchip animals and comparing what the farmer says he has in stock. Like micro-chipping isn't Bad Enough! All testing for when people are micro-chipped and surveilled by drones.....? A Pandora's box leading to control grid hell. No doubt, "Big Corporate Ag" will support this and buy data from the government.
