I haven't looked into the "contrails" theory about debunking chemtrails but just based on my own empirical work, I would have to ask why then do some planes and jets leave a nice big white line across the sky, while others don't? Some jets have a trail that disappears in a few minutes after it has passed while others leave a nice big line for close to an hour? You say they're called contrails from all aviation flights, if so then why the discrepancy between how long they stay visible?

Lmao I was literally going to say the exact same thing. Now back on topic, I think the discrepancy between the time the trails stay in the sky is a good defence to this "contrails" argument. Some disappear almost immediately while others stay for a ridiculous amount of time. The weather, humidity and that type of stuff could account for some of the discrepancy, but I don't think normal "water vapor" would stay in the sky for as long as they do.

Just like when you start your car on a cold morning and you can see your exhaust.

When the engine is up to temperature the exhaust is no longer noticible.

Usually you cannot see an airplanes exhaust until it is higher in the sky.

The temperature changes and optimum conditions are there to produce water vapor.

Often you will see a jet lower down that does not have any contrails while another higher up does.

Higher up = colder.

It all has to do with temperature, air pressure and the amount of water that is in the atmosphere.

No water in the atmosphere = no contrails.

Sometimes you pour a cold beer on a hot summers day and the outside of the glass immediately starts dripping with water.

Pour a cold beer inside a hot, dry house in the winter and it doesn't drip.


Ever use a spray can and notice it starts getting colder? Then water starts condensing on the can. Keep spraying and eventually ice will appear on the outside of the can. Its the change in pressure that is changing the temperature.

On an aircraft there are enormous changes in pressure going both through the engine and also over the wings. Thats why it flies!

The air going into an engine gets pressurized greatly increasing the temperature. When it exits the engine that pressure is released, greatly reducing the temperature. If the atmospheric temperature and the amount of water in the air is right then water will immediately condense.

If there is not much water in the air then the contrail will appear and then quickly start to evaporate, disappearing.

If there is plenty of water in the air then the contrail will remain for a long time, evaporating very slowly.


An airplane may not have any visible contrail and then passing through a small pocket of cold air the contrail appears. When it exits the pocket of cold air the contrail disappears.

The pilot cannot do anything about it. It just happens!

Whether there is or is not a contrail depends on so many things.

For the guy who made the video, well done, you have great footage of water vapor coming out of the engine and also off the wings of an aircraft!

Why is it then when two planes are roughly the same altitude and you see one spewing a long trail and the other one is not? I've even seen them flying around in huge circles. Why?

As a kid in the 80's I loved everything about airplanes. I always looked to the sky to watch them. Sorry but these long trails NEVER happened. The trail would disintegrate to nothing not far from behind the plane.

The trails in the 80's never scattered out into a blanket of haze. And they definitely did not turn off and then back on leaving a gap in the sky. I have seen two planes 4000 apart vertically and about 16000 ft apart one behind the other start the white cloud at the exact same moment as if it human coordination rather than mother nature. It makes no sense if it is condensation due to weather conditions.

So which scenario explains why two planes, seemingly at the same altitude leave a different trail behind them? I've seen these trails go from one side of the sky to the other. I doubt they would have to "dump jet fuel" for the amount of time it takes to paint a nice big white line across the sky.

You can certainly understand that perhaps the pilot throttled down making the trail stop. Or perhaps one plane is at a different flight level than the other. There are too many variables for your eyes and perspective; Every instance would have to be taken and analyzed given whatever circumstances are happening in the air traffic over your head, but also weather varies from spot to spot as well so the altitude and the weather at flight height matters as well. Certainly you understand turbulence when you fly on an airplane yes? that is nothing more than pockets of different temperature air at flight level. The same kind of change would cause a contrail to disappear for a second then reform.

Since the 80's flight traffic has increased tremendously which increases the chances that you will see it. It was a HUGE problem for the U2 spy planes. I mean historically, this has always happened. I'm not sure how many times I have to repeat that. Just with more airplanes flying now your going to see more of them. Climate change is a real thing as well, that certainly has been studied as a reason for persistent contrails. Google that as well. Open your mind.

The footage of normally explainable contrails in "What in the world are they spraying" is outstanding, but you have to open your mind to the potential that you are being deceived by careful craftsmen of tall tales.

Planes must maintain 1000ft vertical and 2000ft horizonal separation at all times per aviation regulations. Air traffic controllers spend a good deal of their day making sure that each plane actually has such separation; and they are busy busy people. Like I said, air traffic is tremendously busy. Weather changes rapidly with altitude, so 1000ft could mean trail or no trail. Even 30ft could. We are simply dealing with weather phenomenon and weather can vary tremendously as well.
